Job Description :

• To register samples submitted to the laboratory :
• Give the number and label of identity sample.
• Keep records on the sample entry log book.
• Submit samples and work order form to the analyst.
• Provide and deliver Laboratory Testing Report to be checked by the Laboratory Supervisor, with accurate data transfer, and rigorous.
• Submit Laboratory Report which have been approved by QC Manager to QC Release team and perform a log book recording the Laboratory Report out.
• Good documentation and archive to support smooth operation of laboratory.
• Assist to analysts to entry data for trend analysis.
• Assist analyst to do monitor the implementation of cleanliness laboratory.
• Liaise with analyst and inspector or in line process team to do sample arrangement.
• Good documentation (system and data) and implement 5S standard. Maintain all record and documentation with proper handling and control.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school or vocational high school graduate.
• Having 1 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate.
• Computer literate (proficient using MS. Office, have a good database knowledge and data analysis capability are preferable).
